Delta Air Zound

This is the loudest, most obnoxious warning device around. Lightweight, just fill with air. Most effective against teenagers playing loud music in little Honda's. A good 50 blasts per fill up.

    Comments:

I use the AirZound on my Catrike Road Recumbent and also installed on the wife's Catrike Villager. I like the horn so much that when I ordered the Catrike 700 for a performance trike, I specifically requested the AirZound be installed on that trike as well. I use the AirZound as a SAFETY device to alert those around me to my location and on more than one occasion it has kept drivers from drifting over into my path. I have kept them from turning in front of me in intersections and gotten them to look UP from TEXTING! It's easy to charge the bottle back up to the full 80 psi and the LOCK can keep accidental HONKS to a minimum. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the product you receive! A lifesaver!

    Comments:

This is my 3rd Air Zound horn. I ride nearly everyday all day so my bike is in the weather virtually all the time, exept late at night. So if you plan an extended tour Make sure you wrap the air hoses in tape before installation. The hoses do not do well in sunlight. They ARE the weakest link in what could have been an awesome product.

      Comments:

This will stop a pit bull or Silverado dead in its tracks! Not too good for a friendly hello, but excellent for getting anyone's immediate attention! You have to be careful with the handlebar mounting and plastic horn, but mine has done okay thus far.
